Globalogs standards
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to Globalogs, including the public site, private publishing systems, submissions, sponsored content, and acceptable use.
Last updated: 2026-07-19
Using the site
You may use Globalogs for lawful, personal, and business information purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with the service, scrape or automate access in a way that harms operations, bypass security measures, or access restricted areas without permission.
We may limit, suspend, or block access if activity appears abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful to readers, advertisers, infrastructure providers, or other users.
Accounts and responsibility
Globalogs does not currently offer public reader accounts. The private publishing area is restricted to an administrator using credentials configured outside the public database.
A signed, HTTP-only session cookie protects that administrative area. If public accounts are introduced later, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated before those accounts are offered.
Content ownership and licenses
Unless otherwise stated, Globalogs and its licensors own the site design, text, branding, and editorial materials published on the service. You may not republish or commercially exploit site content without permission except where law allows.
If comments, submissions, or user-generated features are enabled later, you will retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant Globalogs a non-exclusive license to host, display, moderate, distribute, and archive that content in connection with operating the service.
Prohibited behavior and takedowns
You may not submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, malicious, misleading, spammy, or deceptive material. You may not impersonate others, distribute malware, or manipulate traffic, engagement, or advertising systems.
We may remove content, reject submissions, or restrict access at our discretion when content conflicts with law, these Terms, our Editorial Policy, or advertiser safety requirements.
Liability, law, and changes
Globalogs is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Jurisdiction and venue will be determined by the governing law and location stated in future business records or direct written agreement. We may update these Terms as the platform changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
