If you believe your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice that identifies the removed material, states where it appeared before removal, and explains why you believe the removal was mistaken.

A valid counter-notice should also include your contact information, consent to the appropriate legal jurisdiction, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
