DMCA Policy

If you believe content on Globalogs infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes your name, contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, the URL or location of the allegedly infringing material, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.

You should also include a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

If you believe your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice that identifies the removed material, states where it appeared before removal, and explains why you believe the removal was mistaken.

A valid counter-notice should also include your contact information, consent to the appropriate legal jurisdiction, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

We may request additional information before acting on an incomplete notice.
